Q: How do I download the Socrate Mobile App for iPhone?
A: Visit iTunes from your desktop or the App Store to download directly to your iPhone.
- Search for Socrates or find it in the list of applications under the Business category.
- Follow installation instructions onscreen
Q: How do I search for Legal and Business Documents?
A:
- Tap the Search icon at the bottom of any Socrates Mobile page.
- Tap the All states or My state tab to filter search by state-specific content.
- Enter search term and tap the Search button at the bottom of the keyboard.
Q: How do I view item details?
A:
- Tap the item thumbnail or description.
- Tap on an item in the search results to view details. View a complete document description by tapping the Overview copy box.
Q: How do I place an order on Socrates Mobile?
A:
- Simply tap the Add to Cart button on the Item Details page. You will see the item thumbnail leap into the shopping cart icon.
- To view shopping cart contents, tap the Cart icon at the bottom of your screen.
- To checkout, tap the Checkout button. You will be notified you are leaving the App. Tap OK.
- Login to your Socrates account or create a new account.
- You may adjust item quantity or delete items. Tap Update Cart if changes are made.
- Tap Checkout Now.
- Enter payment information, then tap Continue Checkout.
- Review Order Summary and Submit Order.
Q: Can I add more than one item to my shopping cart?
A: Yes, you can add multiple items to your cart. During checkout, you may update the quantity of each item by putting your cursor in the quantity field and changing the quantity on your keyboard.
Q: Can I register for a Socrates Account from my iPhone?
A: Once you register to place an order, your information will be available from the website or the iPhone application.
