When you’re selling real estate and have found a buyer, you’ll want to make sure both parties are clear on the offer. This one-page form allows you to formally acknowledge that you want to proceed on the basis of the offer. Alternatively, you can use the form to formally reject the offer or to make a counteroffer.

ONE-PAGE FORM ALLOWS YOU TO SPECIFY:

• date and time of offer
• receipt of offer and acceptance of its terms
• your signature, Social Security number or FEIN
• indication of rejection or counteroffer, if applicable
