Give one real estate agent/broker an Exclusive Right to Sell your property for a specific period of time if you do not wish to be bothered with trying to sell the property yourself or dealing with many different real estate agents.

• Set out guidelines for the agent including the minimum selling price and the deposit you require
• Certify (for the agent) that the property is free and clear of any impediments to a sale
• Define the amount and terms of the agent’s commission and note the length of time the agreement is in effect
