Serve tenants with a Notice to Terminate Due to Actions of Pet for Oregon.
USE TO:
- inform tenants the action(s) of their pet violated the lease agreement by endangering or seriously threatening to endanger the tenant or other tenants, or has caused repeated damage to the premises
- notify tenants they have 24 hours to remove the pet from the property or vacate the premises themselves
- protect yourself if the tenant refuses to correct the violation (in which case this notice is vital to successfully completing an action for eviction)
- comply with Oregon state law by delivering the notice in the proper manner
