USE TO:
- notify tenants that they must inform the landlord if a child younger than 7 years of age resides on the premises. (If a child younger than 7 years of age resides on the property, landlords are legally required to conduct a visual inspection of the premises to check for the presence of any lead-based paint hazards.)
