Serve tenants with a 30-Day Notice to Quit for New Hampshire.
USE TO:
- inform tenants that they have repeatedly violated a term in the lease agreement other than:
- substantially damaging the premises
- adversely affecting the health or safety of other tenants
- not accepting suitable temporary relocation due to lead-based paint hazard abatement
(For any of the above violations, the landlord must serve tenants a 7-day Notice to Quit)
- provide notice to tenants that they have 30 days after receiving the notice to vacate the premises
- comply with New Hampshire state law by providing the notice within the required time limits and in the proper manner
- protect yourself if tenants refuse to vacate the premises (in which case this notice is vital to successfully completing an action for eviction)
