Provide tenants with a Notice of Initial Inspection for California.

USE TO:

• inform tenants that you have received their request to perform a property inspection in order to identify any needed repairs before the lease term ends
• provide tenants with the date and time of the inspection (the inspection cannot be scheduled earlier than 2 weeks before the end of the tenancy or lease)
• comply with California state law by providing the notice within the required time limits and in the proper manner
