USE TO:

• provide tenants with prior notification that your are reletting the premises if the tenant:
  • paid the landlord advance rent or a security deposit (a payment that is not in excess of the amount of one month's rent is not considered an advance payment)
  • abandoned the premises or violated the lease and was required to vacate the property
  • made a written request for this notice
• comply with California state law by providing the notice within the required time limits and in the proper manner
