GovDocs electronic files are in Adobe PDF format and delivered to your e-mail address within minutes of your order. The posters are designed to be printed on standard, 8.5” x 11” paper and are fully compliant. Payment options for electronic files include online credit card transaction and billing.
Laminated Paper
GovDocs offers state posters in two laminated formats: the convenient State-on-One poster that combines all of a state’s notices on one color poster; or in sets of individual notices. The five generally required federal labor law posters are combined in one full-color, laminated, 17” x 24” poster. All posters are reproduced to meet strict state/federal requirements for size, font, and color.
For ease of ordering, all posters in an order must be in the same format. If you’d like to purchase some states in electronic format and some in laminated format, please place two orders.
